With this policy in effect, which is also a reflection of our commitment to safeguarding data privacy and security, you are no longer permitted to share your CV, personal data information, or important documents such as seafarer certificates or others on the Profesea "Home" page that could endanger your security and privacy. If this is violated, we will remove the post to maintain shared safety and comfort.

In this Privacy Policy, the terms defined below shall have the following respective meanings:

"Advertiser" means a user who places job advertisements or promotes jobs in connection with their activities through the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website.

"Employer" means a person or entity that accesses the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website to post jobs or use the Services for any reason related to the purpose of seeking candidates for jobs.

"Employer Materials" include brochures, emails, job postings, App/Website content, career fair materials, audio, video, photos, logos, trademarks, service marks, domain names, documents, or other materials provided by the Employer, if any, for use in connection with the performance of the Services.

"Profesea" means PT Selancar Logistik Indonesia.

"Job Seeker" means a user who is looking for a job.

"Learner" means a user who participates in a Certification Class.

"Trainer" means a user who provides training materials in a Certification class.

"Content Creator" means an individual who creates posts, questions, comments, or replies on the Profesea platform through the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website.

"Registered User" means a user who registers on the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website to obtain the services offered by Profesea.

"Profesea App/Profesea.id Website" means the App/Site owned and operated by PT Selancar Logistik Indonesia or its service providers.

Purposes of Collection and Use of Personal Data

While using the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website, you may disclose or be asked to provide information and/or personal data. To obtain the benefits and enjoy the various services offered by the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website, you may need to provide your information and/or personal data to Profesea. Although you are not obliged to provide the information and/or data requested on the Profesea App/Site, Profesea will not be able to provide certain services on the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website if you do not do so.

Profesea's purposes for collecting and using information and data on the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website include, but are not limited to, the following:

• to operate the day-to-day services provided to you;
• to help you find suitable jobs with Employers and to help Employers assess the suitability of candidates for job vacancies within the scope of the Employer's work and industry;
• to provide you with the various services offered by the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website, information about job vacancies, and promotional and marketing materials;
• to handle and follow up on your inquiries, requests, and complaints;
• to contact you regarding administrative notices and communications related to your use of the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website and to respond to your inquiries or requests;
• to assist Profesea with future marketing development and future promotions or other internal purposes;
• to verify your identity in advertisements, materials, representations, messages, views, or comments placed, or other such information (collectively referred to as "Information") on the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website;
• to identify who views the Information placed on the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website;
• to enable you to enjoy the benefits of being a member of the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website by registering for events and promotions organized by Profesea;
• to facilitate Profesea in using your personal data for purposes related to the provision of services offered by Profesea and Profesea's marketing services and/or special events;
• to obtain statistics and analyze the use of the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website to help further development; and
• for purposes other than those mentioned above that are related to the provision of Profesea's products and/or services.

Before using the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website or disclosing any information or data on the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website, if you are still a minor in the jurisdiction where you reside, you must obtain prior consent from the person responsible as your parent, for example a parent or guardian, who may contact the responsible Data Protection Officer whose contact details are listed under the section titled "Questions".

Profesea strives to collect only personal data that is necessary and adequate but not excessive in relation to the purposes set out above.

If Profesea needs to use your personal data for purposes other than those set out above, we will ask for your consent for the same. If you are still a minor, the specified consent must be given by your parent or guardian.

Collection of Personal Data

Profesea may collect personal information and/or data about you, such as your name, login ID and password, address, email address, telephone number, age, gender, date of birth, country of residence, nationality, education level, and work experience that is/is not publicly available.

Sometimes, Profesea may also collect additional personal information and/or data from you in connection with surveys or special offers.

Only authorized Profesea staff will be permitted to access your personal information and data, and Profesea will not release such personal information and data to third parties except in the circumstances listed under the section titled "Disclosure or Transfer of Data" below.

Disclosure or Transfer of Data

Profesea agrees to take all possible means to keep all users' personal information and data confidential and/or undisclosed, subject to the following.

In general, Profesea will only disclose and/or transfer your personal information and/or data to Profesea personnel and staff for the purpose of providing services to you and to Profesea's corporate clients who have made a specific request for such information and/or data with your prior consent. However, Profesea may disclose and/or transfer such information and/or data to third parties in the following circumstances:

• information and/or data disclosed and/or transferred to third parties or external service providers who have been authorized by Profesea to use such information and/or data and who will facilitate services on the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website while maintaining confidentiality;
• information and/or data disclosed and/or transferred to representatives, affiliates, or associates of Profesea who have been authorized by Profesea to use such information and/or data;
• where Profesea needs to protect and defend its rights and property;
• where Profesea considers it necessary to do so to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to compliance with judicial processes, court orders, or legal processes served on the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website;
• where Profesea considers it necessary to provide the products and services we offer and to foster a positive user experience; and/or
• where Profesea considers it necessary to maintain and/or improve the services on the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website.

Personal data collected through the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website may be transferred, stored, and processed wherever Profesea operates. By using the App/Site, you are deemed to have agreed, permitted, and authorized Profesea to disclose and/or transfer your personal information and data under the circumstances mentioned above, as well as for any transfer of information (including Information) outside your country.

Profesea Advertisers, Online Applications and Certification Classes

Making an online application to apply for job advertisements or to register for Certification Classes on the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website is a free and optional service that may require you to complete some mandatory information fields (for example first name, last name, telephone, and email) so that the Advertiser and/or Profesea can identify and contact you from time to time. When you apply for a job advertisement or register for a Certification Class on the Profesea App/Site, your personal data and application, including attachments and cover letter, are:

• forwarded directly to the Advertiser and/or their designated representative; and/or;
• stored in the Profesea Employer Portal on behalf of the Advertiser;
• stored in the Profesea Database as a list of Learners.

The Profesea Employer Portal allows Advertisers to manage the recruitment process easily and effectively through a single central facility provided by Profesea.

By applying for an advertised position and/or uploading personal data on the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website, you request that Profesea pass the information you provide to the relevant Advertiser and/or their designated representative. Any questions you have regarding

positions advertised on Profesea, your online application, and/or the status of your application must be directed to the Advertiser or their designated agent directly, not Profesea.

Any Personal Information stored by Profesea as part of your application will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The use of your information (personal or otherwise) by Advertisers and/or Experts/Teachers is not within Profesea's control, and if you have questions about how Advertisers and/or Experts/Teachers use your personal information, or wish to request access to any personal information that you have submitted as part of an application or that has been provided to them as part of a Profesea Profile (as defined below), you have the right to contact such Advertisers and/or Experts/Teachers directly.

Profile

Profesea gives all Registered Users the option to create a Profile privately ("Profile"). A Profile may include a resume, employment and education history, contact details, salary expectations, and preferred job classifications and locations. Advertisers approved by Profesea may search the Profile Database to find and contact relevant candidates.

Advertisers who use invitations to apply for jobs will only receive access to your contact information if you respond directly to the job invitation sent to you.

If you have responded to a job invitation sent by an Advertiser or you have applied for a job directly on the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website using your profile, that Advertiser will have access to your latest profile, including your contact details (as updated by you from time to time).

All information provided when creating a Profesea Profile (including your name, resume, email address, telephone number, employment, and education history) may be used by Profesea for the purpose of improving placement opportunities for you or tailoring certain products for you, including Certification Classes.

As a Registered User, you can change your Profesea Profile, your resume, or change the privacy options regarding your Profesea Profile at any time, by logging in to the Profile area of the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website.

You may also choose to delete your Profesea Profile entirely. A deleted Profesea Profile may still be retained by Profesea in testing or backup systems for a certain period of time. Profesea reserves the right to deactivate or delete a Profesea Profile at any time at its own discretion.

Advertisers who place job advertisements on Profesea, and who obtain Profesea Profiles, are required by Profesea to comply with all relevant laws and obligations related to the use and disclosure of personal information. The use of your information (personal or otherwise) by these Advertisers is not within Profesea's control and we cannot accept responsibility for the conduct of these companies.

Saving Your Resume

You may choose to save a resume in your Profesea account, and use that resume when applying for jobs.

Marketing Materials

From time to time, Profesea may send Users of the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website information about job vacancies, events, classes, and marketing materials based on the personal information and data you provide to Profesea. Profesea may use your data in direct marketing and Profesea requires your consent for such purposes. In this regard, please note that:

• 1. Your name, login ID and password, contact details, age, gender, date of birth, country of residence, nationality, education level, and work experience may from time to time be used by Profesea and/or its authorized personnel or staff for marketing;
• 2. The following classes of services, products, and themes may be offered:
• job search services offered other than by Profesea;
• various courses, programs, and career opportunities;
• special events organized by Profesea, including but not limited to courses, workshops, and competitions;
• Certification Classes organized by Profesea and inviting Experts/Teachers and/or professionals;
• award, loyalty, or special programs and related products and services;
• products and services offered by Advertisers (the names of such affiliates and Advertisers can be found in the application form for the relevant products and services, depending on the type);
• 3. in addition to offering the above services, products, and subjects, Profesea may also provide the data described in paragraph (a) above to all or any of those mentioned in paragraph (c) above for their use in marketing in the form of services, products, and subjects, and Profesea requires your written consent for such purposes.

In this regard, you can choose to subscribe to or unsubscribe from such materials by going to the registration page or Settings, or by clicking the automatic link that appears in every message, or by contacting Profesea using the contact details under the section titled "Questions".

Data Access or Correction Request

You can edit, change, or delete your personal information and data at any time by logging in to the "My Profile" section of the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website. You have the right to request access to or make changes to your personal information and data stored at Profesea by contacting Profesea using the contact details listed in the section below titled "Contact Us".

If you wish to access or change your personal information and data, Profesea may ask you to provide personal data to verify your identity. Profesea will respond to your request as soon as possible. If Profesea is unable to provide any personal data to you or to make the corrections you requested, we will tell you the reasons why we cannot do so.

Security

The security of your personal information and data is important to Profesea. Profesea will always strive to ensure that your personal information and data will be protected from unauthorized access. Profesea has implemented appropriate electronic and managerial measures to safeguard, protect, and secure your personal information and data.

All personal information and data you provide can only be accessed by authorized Profesea personnel or its authorized third parties, and such personnel must be instructed to comply with the provisions of this Privacy Policy when accessing such personal information and data. You must protect your unique Username and Password by keeping them confidential and never sharing these details with anyone.

Profesea uses third-party service providers to facilitate electronic payment transactions on the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website.

Profesea follows generally used industry standards to protect the personal information and data you submit to the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website, both during transmission and after Profesea receives it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, although Profesea strives to protect your personal information and data from unauthorized access, Profesea cannot guarantee absolute security.

Storage of Personal Data

When Profesea obtains your personal information and/or data, such information and/or data will be securely stored in Profesea's systems for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of data

collection as set out in the section titled "Purposes of Collection of Personal Data". Once registered, you can end your membership on the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website by contacting Profesea using the contact details under the section titled "Questions". Profesea may retain your personal information even after you close your account if retention is permitted to comply with legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes between users, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.

Profesea reserves the right to update, revise, modify, or amend this Privacy Policy at any time if deemed necessary by Profesea, and you are strongly advised to review this Privacy Policy frequently. If Profesea decides to update, revise, modify, or amend this Privacy Policy, Profesea will post the changes on this web page and/or other places deemed appropriate by Profesea, so that you will know what information Profesea collects.

Changes to this Privacy Policy will take effect from the time Profesea posts the same on the Profesea App/Profesea.id Website page.
